FAQs

Yes many of my clients are neurodivergent and I have a wealth of experience in this area.
Yes, I work with individuals with hoarding behaviours and also receive referrals from Housing Associations and Social Services. I have completed advanced hoarding training and collaborate with hoarding charities.

This is a difficult question to answer, as it depends on several factors including the size of the space, the volume of items and the speed at which you can make decisions.

What’s important is that we progress at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

Your presence is welcome and valuable, but if you’re too busy or unable to be present, that’s okay too. I just need a clear brief and I will work my magic solo!
Repurposing and reusing is an important element of my work and I am happy to donate items for clients if in reasonable condition. As well as charity shops I regularly deliver items to schools, a local craft group, scouts and beavers, a day centre for adults with learning difficulties and a residential care home. Donations are always received with gratitude.
My method is designed to be a long-term solution. Once we’ve decluttered and organised, I’ll advise on systems and routines that will help keep your home manageable. This could involve changing what and how you make purchases, how you use and store things in your home and how you recycle and dispose of things. These lifestyle changes are positive in themselves and bring real benefits in terms of living a calmer, more organised life.
